Our Food
When you eat at Ka-Soh, you will get value for money. Dishes are simple with the feel of home cooked food. What you order is what you will get.
When you order "Stir Fried Beef with Ginger and Spring Onions", you will get stir fried beef with ginger and spring onions. We do not add carrots, onions, asparagus, etc. to create an illusion of volume.
Some of Our Signature Dishes
Authentic fish head soup with rice noodles, that is carefully cooked until it is thick and creamy. No milk is added to create the milky looking soup.
Chicken pieces that are marinated with a special prawn paste, then deep fried until it is golden brown. It is crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. We do not add colourings to beautify the dish.
Frog legs that are deep fried, with ginger slices added to complement it. This creates a special fragrant.
